In a short time, Ask4tradition, Lda. managed to establish itself in the competitive market such as civil construction and immediately played an important role in relevant works such as, for example, the construction of Senhora da Rosa, Tradition & Nature Hotel in Ponta Delgada.

In March 2021, with the acquisition of Porta R – Edificação Urbanas, S.A. and, later, in July 2023 with the acquisition of Carpintaria 25, Unipessoal, Lda., Ask4tradition, Lda. became the management and decision by Grupo R – Construction & Innovation.

Currently, Ask4tradition, Lda., in addition to managing the shares in the companies it owns, also handles management, human resources, legal support, accounting, as well as the technical department and information systems.

The adoption of this organizational model not only allows the optimization of resources throughout the group but also allows the current management of Ask4tradition, Lda. to position itself in a privileged way in making decisions based on its strategy.

Currently, Ask4tradition, Lda.’s strategic plan aims not only to increase the capacity and quality of its companies, as construction companies, but also to invest in other areas such as differentiated real estate development, tourism and industry using strategic partners.
