CIVIL ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR (m/f)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and supervision of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards and budget;
- Management of on-site teams and liaison with subcontractors;
- Technical monitoring of works and quality control;
- Reading and interpreting project plans;
- Ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations;
- Preparation of progress reports and cost control.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Proven experience in Site Management (preferred);
- Leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Driving licence.
WAREHOUSE OPERATOR (m/f)
Role:
- Receiving, checking and storing materials and equipment;
- Preparing and dispatching materials;
- Monitoring stock levels and recording stock movements in the system;
- Organising and maintaining the warehouse;
- Providing logistical support to operational teams and liaising with other departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar roles (preferred);
- Good organisational and time-management skills;
- A sense of responsibility and a team spirit;
- Dynamism and proactivity;
- Basic IT skills;
- Driving licence (preferred);
- Experience of operating forklift trucks (preferred).
ADMINISTRATIVE (m/f)
Role:
• Support for administrative and document management activities;
• Recording, updating and monitoring information in computer systems;
• Drafting documents and reports, and processing data;
• Supporting the management and organisation of equipment and materials used on site;
• Liaising administratively with different departments and operational teams.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook);
- Organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
- Knowledge of equipment used in the construction industry would be an advantage.
