GRUPO R, Construção e Inovação, S.A. has completed the acquisition of Reis, Pacheco e Moura, Lda (RPM), which will now form part of its business group.

This transaction forms part of Grupo R’s growth and consolidation strategy, with the aim of strengthening its technical expertise, operational capacity and overall efficiency, as well as continuously improving the quality of services provided to its clients and partners.

RPM will maintain its business activities, organisational structure, team and all existing commitments, ensuring the full continuity of services and existing commercial relationships with both clients and suppliers. Consequently, no immediate changes to the contractual, operational or administrative conditions currently in force are anticipated, unless otherwise stated.

This integration will enable the creation of positive synergies between the group’s companies, resulting in greater efficiency, financial strength and added value, as well as the strengthening of partnerships based on trust, continuity and sustainable growth.
