The company Spazi-R has its origins in the former João Serpa, Engenharia Civil, Lda, a civil engineering company in the Azores, which was acquired by Grupo R in November 2023, and which in May 2024 was renamed Spazi-R, Lda.
Spazi-R is dedicated to real estate development. Transforms real estate project ideas into reality, coordinating all phases from market and financial feasibility studies, land acquisition, planning and licensing, construction monitoring and sale or rental of constructed properties.
With the inclusion of Spazi-R in the R Group, we diversified the range of services offered in the construction sector, meeting all the needs and challenges of the construction sector, from design to final delivery of projects.
