GRUPO R, Construção e Inovação, S.A. has completed the acquisition of Reis, Pacheco e Moura, Lda (RPM), which will now become part of its business group.

This operation is part of the Grupo R’s growth and consolidation strategy, aimed at strengthening its technical skills, operational capacity and overall efficiency, as well as continuously improving the quality of services provided to its customers and partners.

RPM will maintain its activity, organisational structure, team and all commitments made, ensuring the full continuity of existing services and commercial relationships, both with customers and suppliers. Therefore, no immediate changes to the contractual, operational or administrative conditions currently in force are expected, unless otherwise communicated.

This integration will enable the creation of positive synergies between the group’s companies, resulting in greater efficiency, solidity and added value, as well as strengthening partnerships based on trust, continuity and sustainable growth.
